How do I troubleshoot my web browser?

If you are experiencing issues with the RIVET app in your web browser, follow our troubleshooting steps.

  Desktop Mobile & Tablet
1. Make sure your operating system (OS) and browser are both on the latest versions. ✔️ ✔️
2. Try a standard browser refresh with the reload icon in your browser tool bar. ✔️ ✔️
3. Try a hard browser refresh by holding down Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R. Or hold down Shift and press the reload icon in your browser tool bar. ✔️
4. Log out of your RIVET account and log back in. ✔️ ✔️
5. Clear your browser data. ✔️ ✔️
6. Contact RIVET support.    

 

How to Hard Refresh a Desktop Web Browser:

Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.
