On September 21, 2026, RIVET is releasing a new message composer and a rebuilt dispatch experience that closes that gap. Live preview, file attachments, embedded images, improved table editing, and site contacts you can add in a couple of clicks. Dispatching runs on the same composer, with a Schedule Builder drawer that sends to craftworkers, the project team, and field leaders in one pass.

See your message before it sends

Live preview on desktop shows your message taking shape as you write it. Compose on one side, watch the preview on the other, and adjust before it goes out. No more sending one to yourself first to see how it lands.

Build the whole message in one place

Attach files, embed images directly in the message body, and lay out information with an improved table editing experience. The drawing, the gate code, the shift table, and the note all come together in the composer instead of being scattered across a text, an email, and a phone call.

Add site contacts in a couple of clicks

Choose one contact or several from Job Details and RIVET builds them into the message as a pre-formatted table. Site Contacts works in both the new message composer and the dispatch composer, so everyone who needs to know who to call on site gets the same clean list — the same names, the same numbers, every time.

Dispatch craftworkers and your leadership team from one place

This is the one that changes the workflow. The Schedule Builder drawer now opens a two-tab dispatch flow. Send to your Craftworkers on one tab and to your Leadership Team on the other, in a single pass through the drawer.

On the Leadership Team tab, add the Project Team or Field Leaders as recipients in one step and RIVET populates both the recipients and the content for you. The people running the job hear the same thing as the people working it, at the same time, without anyone rebuilding the message twice.

The new composer reaches your other flows too

Shift reminders from the Jobs Schedule and the Workforce Schedule use the new composer and styles, so a reminder can carry the same formatting, attachments, and contacts as any other message. The action log and the labor updates drawer pick up the new composer as well. Wherever RIVET sends a message, it's the same composer behind it.
