We’re growing our team in Detroit and are looking for someone who is excited by the mission we’re on and can take the lead on building systems that allow us to support our customers at scale. Be the go-to for customers looking for support, build customer training and a knowledge base for customer support. You will design, implement and manage the support infrastructure that will enable our customers to succeed at scale.

  • Support customer relationships, product demonstrations, events and account management
  • Establish customer service policies and procedures
  • Provide high-level technical and product support
  • Build support knowledge-base (internal and customer facing)
  • Project manage complex customer issues and system deployments
  • Build support infrastructure required to handle scale
  • Conduct trainings for customers in a group setting, over the phone, or on job-sites

Skills

  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Strong aptitude for technical software products
