How does RIVET integrate with my ERP?
Most ERPs connect through a read-only connection — ODBC, API, or scheduled reports — set up by our team. Your ERP stays the source of truth; RIVET syncs from it on a schedule.
Do I have to re-enter my people and projects into RIVET?
No. People, projects, certifications, and WIP flow in automatically from the systems you already run — no double entry.
Can we pull data out of RIVET into our own dashboards?
Yes. Everything RIVET tracks is available through our open API, and larger teams pull it into PowerBI, data lakes, or CSV exports.
Is RIVET secure?
Yes. RIVET is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001:2022 certified, and aligned to NIST 800-171 and CCPA. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, single sign-on is supported via SAML (Duo, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID), and connections to your systems are read-only.
