Overview

Deltek ComputerEase is a job-cost accounting and construction management platform, hosted by Deltek or on your own server. ComputerEase remains your system of record, and RIVET syncs from it on a schedule through automated report delivery — no double entry.

What syncs

ComputerEase sends the data RIVET needs to plan labor (typically daily):

  • Jobs
  • Workers
  • Certifications
  • Job costs / labor actuals

Cadence is set per data object during onboarding.

How it connects

RIVET connects to ComputerEase through scheduled reports:

  1. Export — ComputerEase generates the agreed reports on a schedule
  2. Deliver — reports reach RIVET by automated email or SFTP upload, using agreed file-naming conventions
  3. Ingest — RIVET ingests and maps the data into your workspace
