RIVET's partner-built integration with Plexxis connects through the Plexxis Dataverse API. Plexxis remains your system of record, and RIVET pulls your worker and job data automatically — read-only, so RIVET never writes anything back.

How it connects

RIVET connects through the Plexxis Dataverse API — the current, supported path (the legacy ODBC/PostgREST interface is being deprecated by Plexxis). The connection is read-only and secure:

Requests run over HTTPS to your Plexxis instance
API credentials are encrypted in Azure Key Vault — never written to RIVET's database
Authentication uses short-lived access tokens fetched behind the scenes

Requires an active Plexxis subscription with Dataverse API access, administrator access to create an API service user, and your company subdomain + PDB identifier.
